Resiliency for Change

The older we get the more we realise the importance of resiliency for change—if only change would not impact us so much. But of course it does. It always will. This we best accept.

The quest of wisdom, therefore, is to be able to ride the bumps that come. There’s no bigger impact, literally, in the every day living of life through the lifespan.

Resilience for change is an imperative particularly when we consider the sheer volume of changes occurring at any one time.

Change is dynamic enough.

An underestimated success factor in resiliency for change is surrender; beyond any vital resistance. This is a courageous acceptance to do whatever is wise considering the circumstances.

Life is about knowing when to hold on and when to let go.
